Why do you not have a Facebook/Instagram/TikTok page?
Long story short. The effort to reward is too low. We post our events from the SW Music Ltd Facebook page, so check there for updates on what we are doing. And we will always post our most awesome and up to date images right here below. 

Can we request a song?
Yes, let us know your preferences from the repertoire list and your own list so we can be sure to weave them in if possible.

What are the usual timings?
– 2-3pm: Drinks Reception
– 6pm: Usual Band Arrival & Setup
– 7pm: Party Music
– 8pm: First Dance & Set
– 9pm: Break
– 9.30pm: Set 2
– 10.30pm: Party Music
– 12am: Typical Finish
-1am: Extended Party Music Finish
*each event is different & will have different running times which can be gone through prior to the event

What are the options with the PA & Lighting
– Medium Band PA: Standard option for up to 150 people. Some bands will have 1-2 subwoofers for the extra low end support. See photo example
– Large Band PA & Upgraded Lighting: Entire band goes through the PA. Suitable for up to 300 people. See photo example
– World-Class PA & Lighting: The best of the best. See photo example

Can you perform at venues with a sound limiter?
Yes

Do you have PLI & PAT?
Yes. These are yearly long. So we need to send this within the 12 month period the event happens.

How much space do you need?
We have played in some very small spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 2m x 3m.

How much power do you require?
2 x 13-amp sockets are fine for our system.

Do I need to provide food/drinks?
Yes please. Including vegan options in case we have vegan musicians on the night.

Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes. This is £250 via BACS payment.
