Is the singer in the video the same as the one we will get?

It will most always be the singer in the promo videos. However, some SW Music bands have 2 singers involved in a band, or might have a new singer taking over a band and have not yet updated the promo to the new singer. The best solution if you would like to know exactly who will be booked, is to contact us

Can we see live videos?

Yes. We are working all the time to improve the selection we have. Most will be phone clips but you can see our playlists here. For bands that have 2 vocalists, we will showcase both of them on these videos as best as possible.

What are the typical timings?

2pm: Drinks Reception
6pm: Band Arrival & Setup
7pm: Party Music
8pm: First Dance & Set
9pm: Break
9.30pm: Set 2
10.30pm: Party Music
12am: Typical Finish
1am: Extended Party Music Finish

PA & lighting options?

Standard:
For up to 150 people. Most bands will have 1-2 subwoofers for the extra low end support. 

Upgraded Lighting:
Adds moving lights & a touch of haze.

World-Class PA & Lighting:
The best of the best.

Can SW Music bands perform with a sound limiter?

Generally, yes. But please get in touch for more details.

Do you have PLI & PAT?

These are annually. So we need to send this within the 12 month period the event happens.

How much space do you need?

We have played in some very small spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 2m x 3m.

How much power do you require?

2 x 13-amp sockets are fine for our system.

Do we need to provide food & drinks?

Yes please. Including vegan options in case we have vegan musicians on the night.

Please get in touch, and we will send a booking invoice where you can pay the deposit and get it 100% booked in. We will then organise the logistics over email/WhatsApp between then and the event, with a scheduled phone call around 3/4 weeks before to go over all the details.

Can we see live videos?

Yes. We are working all the time to improve the selection we have. Most will be phone clips but you can see our playlists here. For bands that have 2 vocalists, we will showcase both of them on these videos as best as possible.

What are the typical timings?

2pm: Drinks Reception
6pm: Band Arrival & Setup
7pm: Party Music
8pm: First Dance & Set
9pm: Break
9.30pm: Set 2
10.30pm: Party Music
12am: Typical Finish
1am: Extended Party Music Finish

PA & lighting options?

Standard:
For up to 150 people. Most bands will have 1-2 subwoofers for the extra low end support. 

Upgraded Lighting:
Adds moving lights & a touch of haze.

World-Class PA & Lighting:
The best of the best.

Can SW Music bands perform with a sound limiter?

Generally, yes. But please get in touch for more details.

Do you have PLI & PAT?

These are annually. So we need to send this within the 12 month period the event happens.

How much space do you need?

We have played in some very small spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 2m x 3m.

How much power do you require?

2 x 13-amp sockets are fine for our system.

Do we need to provide food & drinks?

Yes please. Including vegan options in case we have vegan musicians on the night.

We want to book. What are the first steps?

Please get in touch, and we will send a booking invoice where you can pay the deposit and get it 100% booked in. We will then organise the logistics over email/WhatsApp between then and the event, with a scheduled phone call around 3/4 weeks before to go over all the details.
